- How do I delete my account and data?
- In CatMerge: tap your cat name, then “Delete my account”. It removes the account, every score stored with it, your email if you gave one, and your sessions — immediately. Without the app, email us and we'll do it. Full details: Delete your account and data.
- Can I recover my account on a new device?
- Yes, if you saved your account with an email. Open the game on the new device, enter the same email, and open the confirmation link we send. That device then becomes your account — with its name, avatar and scores.
- How do I reset the scores kept on this device?
- The “This device” list lives in your browser's storage. Clearing site data for the game's address (or deleting and reinstalling the app) resets it. This does not touch your cloud account or its scores.
- My cat name was rejected. Why?
- Names are filtered so the shared leaderboard stays suitable for children, and each name must be unique. If a name you want is refused, try another — the message tells you which rule it broke.
- I saw an offensive name on the leaderboard.
- Please email us with the name. We remove names that get past the filter, and we'd rather hear about it than not.
- A score on the leaderboard looks impossible.
- Tell us which name and we'll look. Scores that weren't really played are removed.
- Which data does the game collect?
- An anonymous account with a cat name, your scores and your profile cat — plus an email only if you choose to give one. No ads, no analytics, no trackers. The privacy policy lists all of it.
